2) Please keep the original box and shipping label in the event of damage or problems. We only accept returned packages with the original packaging (Box and Label).
3) No claims can be filed over 3 days after order is placed as our products are hand-built using rather expensive materials.
4) If product is defective upon arrival, please call us immediately at (251) 504-5500 to report the problem and to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization Number). Be ready to provide an emailed digital photo(s) of the product and damage so that we may assist you with the return procedure. Buyer pays return shipping charges.
5) If product is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail a digital photo(s) of the problem. We will file a damage claim with the shipping company. If the claim is approved, we will re-ship the item at shipping company's cost.
6) By purchasing any product From ProFit Sub Enclosures purchaser hereby authorizes 12Volt Manufacturing, Inc. (hereinafter, "ProFit Sub Enclosures") to immediately bill my credit card for product(s) ordered. Purchaser understands that this charge is final and strictly a NON-REFUNDABLE CUSTOM ORDER PURCHASE from ProFit Sub Enclosures. Further, Purchaser hereby waives any and all chargeback rights for this purchase and his or her order submission as authorization and agreement is given without reservation of any and all rights claimed. Purchaser understands the ramifications behind his or her order submission upon this agreement, authorization, and waiver. The governing law for this agreement is Phoenix, AZ and/or the closest District court in the State of Arizona.
7) Purchaser understands that our products are custom, hand-built, vehicle specific enclosures and that there is a Thirty (30) to Forty-five (45) day build time after purchase before product ships. If build times are more than Forty-five (45) days we will notify the customer within Three (3) days or the order being placed.
