OF CHARGE-BACK AGREEMENT

This authorization shall remain valid until a written notice of cancellation is issued by purchaser and served upon ProFit Sub Enclosures at 163 E. Riviera Blvd., Foley, AL 36535.
I understand that this charge is final and strictly a NON-REFUNDABLE purchase from ProFit Sub Enclosures. I hereby waive any and all chargeback rights for this purchase and my signature as authorization and agreement is given without reservation of any and all rights claimed. Further, I understand the ramifications behind my unrestricted signature upon this agreement and authorization. The governing law for this agreement is Foley, AL and/or the closest District court in the State of Alabama.
